We have now added text to the Digital Media Library so that those who wish to read along with the audio or by themselves may do so. To open the text, hover over the desired track and a ‘Read Text’ icon will appear to the right. Click on the icon and another tab will open which will display the corresponding text. If you want to read the text without the audio, hover over the track and only click the ‘Read Text’ icon, without clicking the track itself.
If you are looking for a word or phrase in the text, we have added a search feature. Just type in the word or phrase and click ‘Search’ or press ‘Enter’ on the keyboard. Every instance of the word/phrase will be highlighted. To go to the next instance it is found in the text, press ‘Enter’ on the keyboard again and the next hit will be shown. This feature is very useful if you are trying to follow along with the audio portion but don’t know where in the text the speaker is. This is not intended to be a search program, but it can be useful in helping you find your place in the text. The search feature only searches in the text that is open currently.
You can also enlarge the text for easier viewing. To do this, press the ‘Ctrl’ and ‘Alt’ keys at the same time and scroll forward on your mouse’s scroll wheel. If your mouse does not have a scroll wheel, then navigate to ‘View’ in your browser menu bar and select ‘Zoom’. This feature is very useful for those with vision problems or those displaying the text on an overhead projector.
We are pleased to announce that we have finally completed the William Branham Digital Media Library. The library comes complete with 1180 sermons of Rev. William Branham as well as the King James Version Bible read by Steven Johnston.
Each sermon has been digitally remastered, making it the highest quality ever offered. We start with a process to remove any popping, clicking, hissing, dragging, etc. making sure that the pitch, base, and balance are at optimal levels. Mechanical devices for audio playback are designed to remove any decibels that are harmful to the human ear. This is called a clipping effect, and many times the audio will simply sound squelched, muffled, or cut off, re-sulting in quality loss. To prevent this, we brought all of the sound within the set decibel ranges. We then normalize the volume throughout the entire sermon, which is then normalized throughout the entire collection of over 1100 sermons.
We have also embedded album art for each sermon according to year for ease of sorting. You now have the option to sort the sermons by location, length of sermon, and by date.
We are offering this program free of charge, but we ask that you do not sell any sermons for profit. We choose not to make a profit from the products we create and ask that you do the same. We also ask that you do not remove our name from the product, as this is our preferred way of delivering our product to the Bride of Christ.
